Services
Exceptional Turns provide a complete turn over to establish the property for the next tenant. These services are listed below.

Initial walkthrough inspection: We will perform a comprehensive post-move-out inspection to determine any existing damages or areas that need to be addressed.

Trash Hauling:We will haul materials out of the property.

Disinfect/Sanitation: We will thoroughly clean the space to ensure that it is in an acceptable condition for the next occupant.

Wall Maintenance: Inspect all walls for damages. Repair and paint any walls needed.

Floor Maintenance: Inspect all floors for damages. Sweep, mop, buff , clean carpets and remove any stains.

Post Walkthrough Inspection: We will perform a final inspection to ensure that the space is in an acceptable condition for the next occupant. This includes identifying any existing damages and areas that need to be addressed.
